I've just been told I need to get 12 pounds more on my body before I can fall into the healthy range. Goshhhhhh.....whatttt???? Thats according to my BMI index. I tell you, it's this school and the study habits. They have to DIE. And I hereby declare that they are going to die this year. I have to get back into regular eating patterns, and I have to start exercising from this week.
I've done my research now...the trainer has told me AEROBIC EXCERCISE is the best for ladies...yeah, and it's fun too. The best thing about it is that I can alternate whatever I wanna do...I can go bicycling, walking, jogging, swimming, or pretty much any thing else (because I get bored really easily, so it's nice to know I can change plans once in a while). As far as I keep my heart rate elevated during the 30 minutes I'll be working out (every other day of the week).
Then I've got to learn how to get my grains in my tummy for breakfast (recommended for me are cereal bars and lots of oatmeal). Then in the afternoon, in addition to whatever lunch I eat, I've been told to always add FRUIT to the menu. Geez...I'm in for some fun...I think I'm gonna love it.
If u guys have any ideas & TIPS, pls hit me up...cos I need to care about my body this year...it's the temple of God. (*winks*).
