The Daunting Question:

Yesterday, someone at the bus stop asked me if I still believed in miracles. I said "yes."

you people need to get out of my head. I was just having an argument with one of my classmates that believes that miracles are faked.

of course Miracles are real, witnessed a couple at the Festival of Life with G.O last friday!

Bumight...I'm glad you witnessed a couple last Friday. It doesn't even have to be in a miracle festival, miracles occur in little ways every day. But if our eyes are closed, we can't even see them.

Miracles happen everyday. It can happen in tiny bits of our lives or in "big" outstanding issues.

I believe in Miracles.

I find for me, I'm always looking for the big miracles, instead of appreciating the smaller ones that happen every day. Sometimes though I do reflect on things like arriving home safely after a hectic day, especially when you hear so often of others who leave for work like usual and never make it back home.

I'm really feeling the love with these string of blogs I've just read (of which yours is a part of course)...the theme seems to be thankfulness, gratefulness and faith.

Thanks!

these days it almost seems like faith is a miracle in itself.

ofcourse the answer is a yes 100 times over and over.....we just need our "eyes" to be open to see them..
life itself is a miracle..
people now think that when they sleep it is their right to wake up the next day..

*singing*
Many nights we pray
With no proof anyone could hear
And our hearts a hopeful song
We barely understood
Now we are not afraid
Although we know there's much to fear
We were moving mountains long
Before we know we could
There can be miracles
When you believe
Though hope is frail
It's hard to kill
Who knows what miracles
You can achieve
When you believe
Somehow you will
You will when you believe

Being alive is a miracle.
Miracles are God's way of saying he is real to those who don't believe.

I think that its a technical misundersatnding. ppl think that miracles are only the big stuff like, there's a tornedo and all the houses it passes through looked like nothing happended to them. but then, the sun rising is a miracle, being broke today and money coming from somewhere you did not expect, or in the nic of time, is a miracle.

Miracles exist and I believe them.

Not talking of the "usual ones" of waking up safely e.t.c

I am talking about seeing and experiencing MIRACLES.

what would be the point of faith if i dont believe in his miracles? thats what keeps me going when things look bleak

Yes I do believe in miracles... the thing is miracles will ride on the back of our faith. Now faith is beliving in what is not seen, so a lot of people will and cannot see possibilities in things or situation or possibilities for changem, hence no believe in miracles. Miracles are real. I just experienced mine yesterday for a matter of fact. and I feel like shouting from the roof tops sef! lol. How does one explain not having any income coming in for months and months on end, yet God makes that same person with lack debt free? And I'm talking about big, huge, bigger than my 5ft self debt free?!?! It's all in the believe and the faith and seeing the way God see's things. If there is no faith, it is impossible to convince an individual of the realities of miracles.

Hope you're doing good girl.

I definitely do believe in miracles coz I've personally had them.
Since august, God has been exhibiting his miraculous skills. Whoever does not believe in miracles should think twice.
Your mother giving birth to you safely is a very big miracle.

Miracles happen everywhere, everyday, itz all around us.

I had an encounter with robbers in September, God spared my life, I was gonna blog about it but thanks to procrastination, I've not.

I've updated though.

I have read all the comments and I'm blessed by some of the little and big miracles some of you have encountered.

I haven't had a constant source of income for a long while...yet God constantly supplies my needs (infact, He goes above and beyond that). That's a miracle to me.

It's a miracle when a woman's seed grows into a healthy baby in her womb, because there is One who designed the womb to have such compatibility. Man could never have created the womb the way God did. No one can do it by themselves...

When Jesus was on earth, the blind regained their sight, the dead were resurrected, the lame began to walk, and diseases came out instantly from people. And Jesus said when He was leaving, "GREATER works shall ye do..." and this is why many people have seen miracles happen in a place where many people are gathered together to worship God.

I pray that those who have not seen miracles before will see them...(I mean personally, in their lives). Sometimes, miracles are a way for God to show Himself to those who have a hard time believing that He is.

When I see that woman again, I will repeat my answer to her question, and say "Yes" all over again. She asked me for something, which I am planning to get for her...if God can use me to provide for her (even when I am broke), that should be a miracle to her...

Jaycee sorry you know i like to go out of the norm sometimes...pardon me. when i saw the post the song just came to my head and i had to.

I totally believe in miracles. I am a miracle baby. 6 months when I was born, everyone thought i was gonna die..in fact expected me not to make it...and i'm talkin about Nigeria where the technology wasnt that great in the 80s for a premature baby 3 months early to survive..so do i believe in miracles?

my life started as one.

@ Shubby doo... beautiful song.

God is just awesome.. I love the dialogue this simple questions has raised... Like Muyiwa from Riversongz sang...
God of miracles,
na my papa oh,
nah my papa oh
God of miracle
Na my papa oh
na my papa oh

I join you in prayer Jaycee.. I pray those who have not seen or experienced a miracle that God gives them their very own personal experience, giving them the confirmation than there is no other than the king of kings and the Lord of Lords...
meeen this just made me all fuzzy and warm inside.. ah God I love you and thank you for Jayce... x

I believe in miracles.

I experience at least 1 everyday.

Miracles don't have to be complicated, involve a pastor, days of fasting...

I've been on the pages, severl times this last few days wondering if this was supposed to be a rethorical question?

The fact I am alive at this very second is a miracle in itself, gone are days where waking up is taking for granted, there was a time or times when that almost didn't happen, but I am still here to declare His praise. My Life is a miracle, my testimonies are miracles, I am a miracle of God.

See you there, hopefully

Life itself is a miracle,
The fact that we can go to bed and wake up in the morning to face a new day,
To believe in miracles you need to have faith, without faith then everything is put down to chance, self etc
